Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in the interior or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and productivity, assign and track work, ensure quality and safety standards are maintained, coordinate with project managers and other departments, prepare daily progress reports, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
