Requirements:
Female candidates, 0–1 year of experience, freshers are welcome to apply, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a persuasive, customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls, explain products and services to prospective customers, generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments when required, maintain accurate customer records, address customer queries professionally, and achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
