Requirements:
Female candidates, 0–1 year of experience, freshers are welcome to apply, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls, explain products and services to prospective customers, generate and follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records, resolve customer queries professionally, coordinate with the sales team, and achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
