Requirements:
Female candidates, minimum 1 year of experience, previous experience in a study abroad consultancy is mandatory, excellent communication and counselling skills, the ability to guide students on overseas education options, and a customer-focused approach
Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding study abroad programs and university admissions, assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and destinations, handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, follow up with prospective students, assist with the admission process, coordinate with universities and internal teams, maintain accurate student records, and ensure a seamless counselling experience.
