Requirements:
Male candidates, proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory, strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple operational functions efficiently
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily business operations, oversee restaurant/F&B outlet performance, supervise and mentor operational teams, ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained, manage inventory and cost control, develop and implement operational strategies, coordinate with various departments, monitor KPIs, and drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
