Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, 2–3 years of experience in sales, experience in the interior design/interior products industry is mandatory, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team, identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers, prepare sales strategies, negotiate and close deals, monitor team performance, achieve revenue targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
